Vegan Sandwiches

Our Longganisa is so versatile, you can use it for sandwiches! Try making this longganisa sandwich with tomatoes, cucumber, basil, and vegan feta cheese.

Ingreadients :

1 block (approximately 500g) of FIRM tofu

1/4 cup lemon or calamansi juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp salt

To make the vegan feta cheese

Mix and store covered in refrigerator for up to one week.

Procedure:

To make the vegan feta cheese, press 1 block (approximately 500g) of FIRM tofu to remove excess water. Add 1/4 cup lemon or calamansi juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, and 1 tsp salt. Mix and store covered in refrigerator for up to one week.
