Pre-heat oil in pan. Pan fry The Good Choices Pork Belly until tostado then set aside. In the same pan, sautee onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes, Carp vegan patis, green chillies, and some water. Simmer until tomatoes are tender. Add The Good Choices Bagoong to taste and simmer for 5 minutes before adding the Lechon Kawali. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
