500 gram pack TGC longganisa
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups fried cubed potatoes
2 cups sliced white onions
2 tablespoons water
Just crumble one 500g pack TGC longganisa and cook in a nonstick pan with 2 tablespoons oil until some parts are crispy. Add 1 1/2 cups fried cubed potatoes, 2 cups sliced white onions, and 2 tablespoons water. Mix well and cook until onions are transparent.
