
Sisig Pasta Salad
This Sisig Pasta Salad recipe is light, refreshing, delicious, and very easy to make! Serve it as a siding to your favorite grilled "meats" or sandwiches, as an afternoon snack, or a quick one-dish meal!

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients:
250 g pack The Good Choices Sisig
250 g fusilli pasta, cooked according to package instructions
1 1/2 cups vegan mayonnaise (we got ours from @thevegangrocerph)
1 tsp calamansi extract
1 small white onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 tsp black salt (kala namak)
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Add all the ingredients except the cooked pasta in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and adjust seasoning according to taste.
2. Mix in the cooked pasta. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Storage instructions:
Store refrigerated in a covered container for up to seven days.
