Sisig Lettuce Wraps with Calamansi Balsamic Vinaigrette

Are you in the mood for something light? Try this easy Sisig Lettuce Wraps with Calamansi Balsamic Vinaigrette recipe! 💚

Ingredients:
1 250 g pack The Good Choices Sisig
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup corn kernels
20 pcs romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry with paper towels

For the vinaigrette:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons calamansi extract
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon rock salt (use less if you're using table salt)
Pinch of black pepper

Procedure:
1. Heat the sisig on a nonstick pan (no need to add oil). Add the bell pepper and corn kernels. Cook for 1 minute more, stirring frequently. Transfer in a bowl and let cool.
2. To make the vinaigrette, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
3. Wrap 1 tablespoon sisig on a lettuce leaf. Drizzle with vinaigrette before eating. Simple, healthy, delicious.💯
