Sisig Dinamita made from The Good Choices Sisig with Vegan Mayo

Friday night grub! Sisig Dinamita (recipe below ⬇️) so good, you won't need beer to go with it (hello alcohol ban!). Make it using The Good Choices #meatfree SISIG and this very simple Tofu Mayo recipe by @thekitchn.

Ingredients:
250g pack The Good Choices SISIG, thawed
250g green chili (siling haba/pansigang), sliced in the middle and seeds removed
25pcs eggless spring roll wrapper, separated
Oil for frying
2 tablespoons onions, minced
Spring onions, chopped
Calamansi or Lime

Procedure:
1. Stuff each deseeded green chili with 1 tablespoon TGC SISIG.
2. On a flat surface, position the spring roll wrapper in a diamond pattern.Tuck and fold the right pointed end of the wrapper inward and place the stuffed green chili horizontally with stem outside of the wrapper.
3. Fold the left and bottom sides over the green chili and roll tightly to fully enclose. Dab the seam with water and gently press to completely seal.
4. Preheat pan on medium heat with about 2 inches deep of oil. Fry the wrapped chilies, turning as needed, for about 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan.
5. Drain fried Dinamitas on a wire rack or paper towel. Serve immediately with Tofu Mayo.
