"Pork" Sarciado Recipe using The Good Choices Pork Belly

Easy "Pork" Sarciado Recipe using The Good Choices Lechon Kawali.⬇️


500g The Good Choices™ Pork Belly
3 T cooking oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup minced garlic
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
500g cubed potatoes
1/2 cup sweet peas
laurel leaves
1/4 cup vegan patis
1 T brown sugar
salt and pepper



Deep fry 500g The Good Choices™ PORK BELLY until golden brown and set aside. Preheat 3 T cooking oil in a deep pan. Saute 1/2 cup chopped onions and 1/4 cup minced garlic until slightly browned. Add 2 cups chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are very tender. Add 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 cup water, 500g cubed potatoes, 1/2 cup sweet peas, and laurel leaves. Simmer covered until potatoes are cooked but still firm. Add 1/4 cup vegan patis, 1 T brown sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Add more water as needed and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Mix in the fried Lechon Kawali just before serving. Enjoy! 💚
