1 500g pack TGC Heat-&-Eat ADOBO
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 cup fried potatoes
4 pcs. siling pansigang
Fried garlic (optional)
Mix TGC ADOBO, coconut milk, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce thickens, add fried potatoes and siling pansigang and simmer for 5 more minutes. Garnish with fried garlic and serve with steamed rice.
